The quality of our health is under threat from our drinking water, town, tank and bore water! They all contain deadly toxins, poisons and chemicals!
“We live on the Liverpool Plans in NSW. My husband, a Geologist, and I tested our tank water and found lead, arsenic & cadmium plus other nasties in it. YOU MUST filter your water!”

Town water: Rust, debris, heavy metals, poisons and volatile organic carbons, THMs and petrochemicals (MTBEs) are found in our town water supplies. (THMs, or Trihalomethanes, are a new breed of toxic chemical created when Chlorine used to disinfect our water to make it “safe to drink”, reacts with the organic matter found in water. THMs are known carcinogens!)
Bore water: Pesticides, fertilizer residue & petrochemicals (MTBEs) have leached into the soil over 50 years and are in the water tables!
Tank rain water: Pesticides, fertilizers, debris from
birds plus other deadly poisons & heavy metals from agriculture and other
industries have been found in many rural drinking water tanks.
Most children simply do not like the taste or smell of the water they drink!
“zazen Essential Water provides the mineralisation we need, and takes out the toxins we don’t need that weren’t in our water supplies 50 years ago!”

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger:
- trouble with basic math
- difficulty focusing, fatigue and yawning
- erratic and moody behaviour
- constipation
- aches & pains unrelated to injury/infection
- craving sugar, sweets and caffeine
Adults are 72% water and children even higher.
Up to 12 cups of water is lost daily through normal bodily functions, and must be replaced or we become dehydrated.
What is Dehydration? Dehydration is a condition in which the body’s ability to operate as a self-healing organism is blocked. It affects blood pressure, blood-sugar metabolism, digestion, and kidney function. Fatigue is the first symptom of dehydration. By the time we feel thirsty, we’re already dehydrated. Pain is yet another sign the body sends, telling us it needs more water and dry mouth is the last symptom of chronic dehydration.
What causes dehydration? Besides the fact that many people don’t drink enough water, they also consume excessive amounts of coffee, sugar-filled drinks, regular and diet soft drinks, sports drinks and concentrated juices.
Sugar dehydrates the body and caffeine is a diuretic that causes the body to eliminate fluids. Most of us think of thirst as the common signal that our bodies need water. However, because we’ve ignored it or responded with fluids that make the situation worse, we’ve become desensitized – most children are losing their thirst mechanism & most adults have already lost it!

How much water should you drink daily?

As parents, our No.1 priority is the wellbeing and education of our children.
Many studies show that children today are not drinking enough good quality fresh water. The fundamentals of learning must include the uptake of information provided in the classroom.
Poor hydration hinders this information uptake by way of lack of concentration, short attention span, lack of focus and drowsiness. It is also documented in many studies that dehydration can lead to many diseases.
Our research into Australian schools has shown us that children are often not allowed or encouraged to drink water during school hours, including during lessons. And the water that is available to them through school bubblers is not good quality living water, that can hydrate them as effectively as possible.
In one of the schools we tested 80% of the children purchased bottled water – because they did not like the taste of the school tap or bubbler drinking water!
Quite simply, children need to be properly hydrated to develop to their full potential and to support their immune system naturally. The zazen Water Program addresses these specific issues.
This Program now offers all schools the opportunity to provide quality living water to all students at no cost to the school or child, in addition to generating substantial funding to the P&F association.
