2. Call 1300 78 24 25 (within Australia) or +617 3071 7400 (calling from outside Australia) to pay by Visa or MasterCard over the phone (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

3. Download our order form and fax or post it to us! (You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or transfer directly to our Australian bank account)

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders received after 12pm, are dispatched the following business day.

All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia and approx. delivery timeframes with our courier service are as follows:

• Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Toowoomba – next day
• Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Mackay, Capricorn Coast & Wide Bay – 1 to 2 days
• Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, Cairns, Townsville, Hobart – 2 to 3 days
• Perth – 7 to 10 days
• Australian country areas are sent via Australia Post – up to 7 days approx.
• New Zealand - from 1 to 3 weeks depending on location
